SWIPS on gravy and buttery mash. 7 altogether. Hopefully now will lose the Christmas gain and get to target for summer by @southstandclez

Next nail polish and rimmel glitter, my own nails 💅 no gel and I’m getting better at it as less smudges. I decided a few weeks back to try doing my own nails and so far so good. They were thin and breaking at first however are strong now. The nail polish is easy to remove and I have lots of choice to change the look whenever I’ve had enough. #realnails💅 #naipolish👌 by @southstandclez

#bestseatinthehouse @drfcofficial what a fantastic day we had as contest winners. It really is the best seat in house with a fantastic view and so comfy. We were treated like VIPs too, and awarded with a signed shirt from my fav player @luke_molyneux_ and free lunchbox delivered with a smile. 1 syn on tomato ketchup and the rest is SW free food. Yummy healthy meal. Paprika crusted Salmon cooked in the airfryer and free paprika wedges also cooked in the airfryer. Free egg cooked in a non stick pan and speedy pickles. I am also trialling intermittent fasting along side SW, so from 6PM-10AM no food, only water or black coffee and sleep 💤. 3 days in and feeling great so far. Am going to do both. For 4 weeks and see how I go. It helps with snacking and milk allowance and also no caffeine after 6PM #inermittentfasting #onlineslimmingworld #healtyfood by @southstandclez
