Another Summer Camp long run in the books! The high school athletes knocked out 70 minutes, while middle school runners put in 45 minutes, finishing the day with some tough hill sprints.Week after week, these kids and adults continue to grow stronger, more confident, and more resilient. The hills don't get easier, the heat doesn't let up, but they keep showing up and putting in the work.Progress isn't always measured by the clock—it's built through consistency, grit, and the willingness to tackle hard things.
