DAY 12 — FIND YOUR PEOPLE.

You can be surrounded by people and still feel lonely as fuck when all they know is your mask.

Isolation says, “I have to carry this alone.”
Solidarity says, “I’ve got you. Let me carry some of that.”

Find the people you can laugh too loud with, cry in front of, and tell the whole fucking truth to. The ones who call you on your shit with love and let you do the same.

You aren’t too much. You don’t have to become less of yourself to belong.

Not every emotion needs to be fixed.
Some just need to be felt, named, and understood.

Awareness gives you space.
Space gives you choice.
And choice is where freedom begins.

Not every problem deserves your attention.
Not every battle deserves your energy.
Not everything uncomfortable needs a solution.

DAY 6.

☝️ Stop judging people especially by what you can see.

Someone can look strong, successful, happy, put together as fuck and still be carrying a war you know nothing about.

Stress doesn’t wear the same face on everyone.
Neither does pain.

✌️ Trust your gut. Listen. Stay curious. Be kind.

Every person you encounter knows something you don’t. Everyone has a story you haven’t heard.

Pay attention.
