Love and respect to Terry Stamp, one of our biggest influences and one hell of a songwriter and great guy. We arranged a magical meetup with Terry and Derv while we were on tour in LA two years ago. Meet your heroes. Hang out with them. Make music together. Rest easy, Terry. The world is way less cool without you around. by @sowhatofficial

One of a kind and the some Jesse Hector has died. It was a thrill and pleasure to meet one of our all-time heroes. He’s always been one of our biggest inspirations and we almost managed to talk him into of coming out of retirement and letting us back him for a one-off gig. We mentioned the idea of possibly playing Gonerfest so Jesse could finally get to see all the rock n roll and soul locations in Memphis that inspired him as a teenager in the late 50s/early 60s. It never went any further, but it’s nice to even imagine it happening. Thank you for all the wonderful music and encouragement.

The new JAW Bandcamp page is up. Currently, only our modern groups, @sowhatofficial and @mod__lang, are on there but we’ll begin adding some of our legendary artists like COLOURED BALLS, TERRY STAMP, and TREVOR WHITE in the new year. This will be the first time that Terry has ever allowed any of his music to be streamed in any capacity. His music will be not be on the other big streaming platforms, only Bandcamp. We are grateful to Terry for his friendship and trust. His catalog is deeper than deep. Over 500 songs and counting. Our entire catalog will never be on Bandcamp due to licensing issues, but you can always buy the records. First and foremost, we are a RECORD label. It’s a lot cooler to own your music instead of renting it.
