⭐️ The View UpStairs Spotlight Series ⭐️

We want you to learn a bit about the people behind the magic of The View UpStairs. So, leading up to opening night we’ll be giving them a well-deserved spotlight!

Pablo Barajas will be playing the crooning & complicated & courageous role of Buddy.

Pablo (he/they) is thrilled to be making his SecondStory Theatre Company debut. He is a graduate of the Chicago College of Performing Arts, where he earned a BFA in Musical Theatre Performance with an emphasis in voice. His past credits include Sweeney Todd (Porchlight Music Theatre – AEA), The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Drury Lane Chicago – AEA), Shrek (Maine State Music Theatre – AEA), A Christmas Carol (Drury Lane – AEA), 54 Below Sings: Godspell (Jesus), and 54 Below Sings: Big Fish (Edward Bloom). He is also a member of the Maine Gay Men’s Chorus.

Pablo currently lives in Lewiston with his cat daughter, Bagel. He is the owner and operator of Litty Bittys, a medical and recreational cannabis edible manufacturing facility based in Auburn, and holds an M.S. in Cannabis Science & Commerce. Pablo is also a shamanic Reiki Master and practices out of his home studio in Lewiston.

He would like to thank his family and friends for their unwavering love and support. Thank you for coming out to support SecondStory Theatre Company and queer art—it has been an absolute honor to work with such a talented, heart-led group of artists.
