I was kinda hiding a bit in 2022, at least in terms of really posting on social media outside of my story. But fuck it. I think I'll share more of my truth in 2023 in a more lasting way -- whether that's existing, singing, dancing, etc.

A few weeks ago, I was listening to a duet that I felt spoke to a codependent relationship I was once in that I knew was no longer serving me. My departure from that relationship last year was in many ways a relief, but the pain of it, which I quite often intellectualize away, is real and valid as well. I feel blessed and honored to have been able to explore this duet with @christiedabreau . To practice both vulnerability and forgiveness for myself as well as the person I've let go continues to be a bittersweet journey that I am deeply grateful for.🙏✨
