TONIGHT :: Healing Gems ( @healing_gems ) at The Drunken Unicorn w/ special guests Rujen ( @rujenmusic ) and Spacers ( @spacers.atl ). Tix available online and at the door.

Healing Gems is a six-piece exotica band known for its vibrant, genre-spanning sound. Drawing from a rich musical palette, the group explores international jazz, Latin rhythms, and the lush textures of tropicalia, blending these influences into a distinctive and immersive listening experience. Their performances are defined by an eclectic mix of unconventional instruments, including lap steel guitar, marimba, vibraphone, vintage 1960s and ’70s synthesizers and keyboards, and stylish surf guitars. This unique instrumentation gives Healing Gems a warm, atmospheric sound that feels both nostalgic and fresh. by @spacers.atl

SPACERS
WE GOT'S A SHOW AND BOY OH BOY IT'S GONNA BE A CLASSY PARTY!!! ORB COMING ALL THE WAY FROM AUSTRALIA!!! DO NOT MISS EM.
TUES SEPT 23RD AT @badearl

ORB is an Australian heavy psych rock band from Geelong, Victoria. They are known for their dark, sonically massive guitar-based rock, drawing inspiration from 1960s and 70s hard rock with a contemporary twist. The band was formed by members of The Frowning Clouds and features Zak Olsen (guitar/vocals), Daff Gravolin (guitar/bass), and Jamie Harmer (drums).
ORB blends elements of hard rock, doom rock, and psychedelia, creating a sound that is heavy without being overly metallic. Their music features heavily distorted guitars, a powerful rhythm section, and a psychedelic edge.
