💥 It’s official! Green Alley Studios is changing hands as we venture out into the world, exploring new horizons 💫 We are so grateful to have found this space in Bethnal Green, to have taken the leap of starting up the studios and having the most wonderful people join us! We’ve had many great parties, markets and exhibitions and had the joy of working side by side with long term and new found friends 🌱 Many things have changed since the beginning and new adventures in the world have lured us away, and the space is now being handed over to a wonderful group of studio members to enter into a new chapter!
💥 To celebrate this ending and new beginning we have partnered with our friends Bodega Nights to throw another one of their amazing boogie fests and come together in a last dance and music frenzy for Green Alley Studios as we know it 💫
We’ll have a Flea Market during the day and DJ’s from 3pm 🎶 Happy Hour until 7pm! Come hang out, come boogie!

“GRISHA INVITES”

this saturday Grisha (@grishagreg) invites a full crew of music lovers behind the decks!

California-born, Australian transplant Danny Bodega (@spanielkopita), co-label head of the reissue label Gazebo Records (@gazebo__gazebo), known for bringing cult classics back to life, has been collecting and playing records for over a decade. now based in London, Danny has been busy running a host of intimate parties with local and touring heads while contributing to a string of mix series including Melbourne Deepcast, Balearic Banana, Headphone Magic and Piña Podcast.

Boris Oumow (@borisoumow) is a London-based dj known for eclectic, vinyl-driven sets that travel across eras and continents. blending rare disco, cosmic grooves, afro-caribbean rhythms and deep global sounds, his selections move fluidly between styles. a founding member of the London–Paris collective Boboxa (@boboxa_london), Boris has spent the past eight years organising and playing events around the world raising over £20,000 to to charitable causes

he also co-curates Solis Arcadia (@solis_arcadia), an intimate independent festival held in the french countryside, celebrating music, nature and shared values with

We hit it off from our first chance beer under the statue of The David at the Moreland Hotel in Brunswick in the summer of 2023. Soon, both of us transplanted to East London, a fast, creative simpatico was forged through digging, dancing, and sharing the booth countless times since. This is our first recorded mix together, and as such, we wanted to put together something that is an ode to the city and the music we have both fallen in love with since. We’re very happy to share over 2 hours of London digs that are unabashedly ‘Us’.

Fresh on the channel; two choice cuts from Zasha’s 1992 album Stop The Game (on a record full of them, including Saphel ‘Isizwe uploaded by batman @mirrens way back).

First, City Life which could almost be described as Balearic Bubblegum? and second Laidback & Groovy, a cover of Eddie Maduro’s chugger on Nu Groove that was a big hit in South Africa the summer before. by @spanielkopita
