I finally did it. After asking Santa (my mom) for 30 years to get a pony for Christmas, I took money she left for me when she left this Earth 🕊️ and bought my soul horse for it. Because life is short and there is no point waiting for anything. So in a way, she bought this horse for me. Her last Christmas present to me.
I have loved this horse for almost 10 years and he is finally mine. Thank you mom. 🩷

2 years ago, I lost my best friend 💔
This horse has been with me thru my whole adult life, thru every heartbreak, every career change, every hairstyle, gave a ride to every boy I tried to impress, moved stables with me, made my mom trust horses again and ride after nearly 20 years off saddle, taught me how to play polo, was the first horse my dad every sat on, learnt to love my annoying puppy, watched me cry when I lost my mom, and most importantly - gave me the best years of my life!
You deserved so much more, you deserved to meet my kids and grow old at the back of my house and steal cookies until you were old and grey.
