Leading up to this #Valentines day don't forget to take the time to show some #love to yourself! "Plant your own garden and decorate your own soul, instead of waiting for someone to bring you flowers." -Veronica A. Shoffstall

It is only through learning to love ourselves that we can love others the way they deserve. In this way loving ourselves becomes a selfless act.

Also, check out the accidental #heart in the hand of this lovely model. Synchronicity is fun too!

I had a great time cosplaying cowgirl for the annual @crystalcarlson136 birthday photo shoot. Thank you for being my friend, sweet human.

Also, thank you to @bellabroughphoto for making me feel beautiful inside and out. Xoxoxo by @sparky_pickle

These silhouettes were taken on Summer Solstice, of my friends' babies.
Sometimes, I like to remember that, to them, magic is real. And because they experience it, it is, therefore, real. #MakeMagicRealAgain. 🙌🏻💖✨️

I'm on week 2 off work for an issue with my Brachial Plexus, and it also means I can't work on home projects. Needless to say. I am getting squirlly.... 😕

Happy International Womans Day, and Happy heavenly Birthday to my momma!

I usually do something she would have liked to do for her birthday. Dancing. Swimming. Hiking. I draw the line at scrabble. Not my jam.

Today, I finally hooked up my propane oven and just cooked the best quinoa I've had in years!

I'm honestly so pleased I could squeal. And may have done so in a voice note to my sister... Anyway, I have nothing profound to say. Just really enjoyed crossing this one off my list, and yes. I know she would be proud.

Thank you so much to my bestie @nikigrignon for the photo. Your birthday is next! 😘💖💖💖 by @sparky_pickle

It's been a minute since I shared over edited, low res cell phone pictures of a workshop or talk I've attended, and it has been long overdue.

@tadhargrave hosted an event (Workshop? Conversation? Teaching?) at the @gabriolacommons yurt this past Saturday, called "Building the Bonehouse of Belonging," examining the ways "we" can create a container for culture/healthy community, and then examining the ways that we feed it or poison it.

It feels like the world is rich with these poisons these days, so it was great to sit around and process something a bit deeper for a change. by @sparky_pickle

Happy New Light! Happy MORE light!
Here's to light hearts and bright eyes in 2026. 🙌🏻💖

On a personal note, I'm going to try to log out of socials for the month of January to hard reset my brain. Good luck finding something else to look at on the can without my stories! by @sparky_pickle

Did I over pencil my eyebrows today?
Yes.

Is it all I can see in this photo?
Also, yes.

Now you have to see it too.
