Enjoyed a few hours at my old stomping grounds today as Briley had a college visit at WVC. We met with the coach and she showed us around campus, the housing, and the newest addition, the indoor hitting area and the locker room. A lot has changed since I played there but one thing that hasn’t changed is the tradition of winning. Seeing Briley walk on the field that I played on with some amazing teammates and the memories I made, was a surreal moment. The coach is rebuilding the program and she has recruited some pretty damn good athletes that are coming in.
Traveling all over every weekend, playing 8-10 games a tourney, then the recruiting process of emailing coaches schedules, following up with coaches after tourneys, posting on X, attending camps, and taking visits takes a toll on them. We are so proud of B and how she has handled it all and her goal is to have a decision by start of fall season if not sooner. We will be happy and support whatever decision she makes. #classof2027 #senior ❤️❤️❤️ by @spclk11
