Through the Beatitudes, Jesus reveals that true happiness and holiness are found not in worldly success, but in living with God and loving others.

In his All Saints Day homily, Father Juno reminds us that the path to sainthood begins here and now.

Tomorrow, our children get to choose who they dress as. Sunday, we celebrate who they’re called to become:

Saints! All Saints Day reminds us that heaven isn’t just for a few extraordinary people.

That’s a beautiful reminder for parents. Our children don’t need to become someone else to become holy. God created each of them uniquely and invites them into a life with Him. Our job is to help them recognize that invitation and learn to say yes.

Because the greatest thing our children can become is a saint. by @spcroswell

November begins with two of the most beautiful days on the Catholic calendar.

November 1 — On All Saints’ day, we celebrate every soul in heaven. Known and unknown. Canonized and forgotten.

November 2 — On All Souls’ day, we turn our hearts to those still being purified in purgatory. Your prayers, Mass intentions, and sacrifices matter.

Loving God isn’t just something we do at Mass or in prayer.

We show our love for Him by how we treat the people around us. This week, look for one way to love someone who might need it most. by @spcroswell

In this week’s Gospel, Jesus reminds us that loving God and loving our neighbor are inseparable. Our love for God should be reflected in how we love others.

This is the heart of Divine Intimacy. The more we understand how deeply our Lord loves us. As Deacon Claro reminds us, how we treat others reveals how deeply we love God.

Take five minutes and reflect on this question: Do I love God with my whole heart, soul, and mind? by @spcroswell

This Sunday, we hear a very familiar reminder of the commandments that matter most.

Our children are watching us learn to live both. How we speak to each other at home, forgive, show patience, serve, and care for people teaches them what loving God looks like.

And yes, this message is familiar too: Faith isn’t only something our children hear us profess. It’s something they watch us live.

Some truths are worth repeating. by @spcroswell

Did you know about the many resources available to support individuals and families right here in our Roswell community?

At St. Peter Chanel, we understand that life brings challenges that none of us are meant to face alone. That is the heart behind our SPC Cares ministries.

SPC Cares is more than a collection of ministries and resources. It is about being there for one another, especially when life becomes difficult.
