🧡 taken in Defqon 1 - Biddinghuizen by @spearbreakofficial

Family mode.
Festival mode.
Repeat.

Some people choose one life.
I gotta do both. ❤️‍🔥

From bedtime stories to bass drops.
From early mornings to late-night lasers.
And honestly… I wouldn’t trade either of them.

Trying to show my work friends what I did at Defqon this weekend…

Before explaining that most of the weekend got cancelled. 💀

The Holy Grounds may have fallen silent.

But the tribe never does. 🧡

"This is the oath that fuels our bond. This is Defqon."

Festivals can be cancelled. The bond between thousands of Warriors never will.

United. Resilient. Forever. 🧡

It's easy to see a cancellation.

It's harder to see everything that was built.
Months of creativity. Thousands of hours of design. Countless people bringing an incredible vision to life.

And then... the heat had the final say.

Massive respect to everyone at @q_dance and every designer, builder, technician, artist and crew member who poured their heart into creating this year's world. It deserved to be seen in all its glory.
Nature had other plans.

Stay safe.

Not every story gets the ending it deserved.

This weekend was supposed to be another chapter.

Instead, we'll hold on to the memories we've already made and look forward to the moment we can all stand together again.

Wishing everyone at @q_dance , all the artists, crew, volunteers, and every single visitor strength. I can't imagine how difficult this must be for everyone involved.

We will rise again!

🧡
