Grateful to @thecircleofm , @universityofhouston , and @uhcougarsamhw for creating such a powerful space for real conversations around mental health. You could truly feel the impact in the room reminding people that healing and change happen step by step, one conversation at a time.

Special thank you to @moneymarc91 , @specialk94 , and @monteeball @rosjohnson88 for speaking your truth and using your stories to make a real difference in this world. Your honesty is helping more people than you know. taken in University of Houston by @specialk94

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐬 𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐨𝐰𝐧: 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐚𝐬 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 …
𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞 the LOVE ❤️ ❤️ Carlos and Khalil Davis teamed up with The Laya Center in Kansas City, MO to give Ms. Johnson, a mom of 4 adopted children, a day at the spa. The twins wanted to make sure she could relax and have a little time to herself. Before she was whisked away she was greeted by Carlos in person and Khalil via FaceTime before the @49ers kicked off on Sunday. Quickly after Carlos and his wife Jade went to meet the kids for a full day of fun!
.
𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞 the Fun 🤩🤩 with the kiddos at @target for some toy shopping. Nearly 2 hours of shopping the kids were hungry, so over to The Main Event, they ate pizza, played laser tag and arcade games.
.
The smiles on the kids faces tells the story of truly doubling down on LOVE and FUN! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from the @nfl defensive lineman twins @_kinglos_96 and @specialk94
