A few more installation shots from the sleepy village of Bruson this morning 🌞🌸

We asked a lady watering her plants what she thought of the exhibition. She said she liked looking at the flower photos during sunrise everyday!

Flower collages at @palp_festival !

This spring, working with local plant specialist Marlène Galletti, I captured the alpine blooms in the region of lower Valais in the Swiss Alps.

Being a novice to botany, I was interested in everything…from common dandelions and lawn daisies to rare orchids and teeny tiny saxifrages.

The photos culminated into large scale collages displayed throughout the village of Bruson. There are over 100 individual flowers included with 60 local species, many with long histories as medicine and food in this part of the Alps.
