Want to dive in one of California’s most breathtaking spots? The Channel Islands are a diver’s paradise—but they also come with unique challenges!

Since it’s a National Park, mooring buoys aren’t allowed. But no worries—these volcanic islands don’t have coral reefs, so anchoring is safe.

Our boat, Spectre, is one of the largest dive boats on the West Coast—100 tons and 85 feet of adventure! With up to 40 divers in the water and occasional winds hitting 40 knots, securing our anchors is a must.

That’s why we use a two-anchor system. The stern anchor is set right at the dive site, so you can follow the line straight down—no long swims or tricky navigation! The bow anchor? It’s placed in open water with extra scope to handle the ocean swell.

New for November: Spearfishing Fridays.

No tanks, no scuba, just you, the surface and the hunt. We anchor at least two hours at each location so you have real time to find your fish and work the spot. Breakfast to start, BBQ lunch to refuel, drinks and snacks all day and brownie sundaes to close it out. All inclusive, all on the boat. Fridays in November. Spots are limited. Growing up I loved getting lost in movies. My favorites were Alice in Wonderland, The Little Mermaid & Pocahontas 🍃 Makes sense that in my adult life, I am going back to my inner child & doing all the things that make me happy and bring me peace.

Lobster Season is almost here! Who’s ready?!

All hunters must have a valid fishing license with ocean enhancement stamp, a lobster card, lobster gauge and catch bag.

We are also participating in @blue_tuna_spearfishing annual LOBSTER CHALLENGE

HOW TO ENTER
