Our aerobars, ground up redeveloped. The past months we have been working behind the scenes to completely redevelop our design and production proces. An updated parametric design enables an even better fit to your position, but most importantly a completely 3D printed production using laser printed aluminum (AlSi10Mg) makes custom better than ever. Weโ€™ve started with the aerobars, but the handlebars will soon follow. Enjoy this bikebuild with us! ๐Ÿ”ง A different kind of bikebuild for us, this customer is now riding a rim brake Trinity. But wanted to keep the possibility to change to an other bike or change the stack. So for this build we decided to not go for a completely integrated but low stack carbon bta plate and! will later add a one piece spacer each side to clean things up ๐Ÿ’… A very happy customer, so we are very happy too. PS. I (Lena) feel very rebellious with the non drive side videos (I never listen to rules anyways ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜ฌ)! by @speeco.tech

We are here in Girona forย @seaottereurope and we'll be showing off our deep customย @risebikes andย @ventumracing builds as well as chatting tech and saddles - come find us at booth P6-C across from our friendsย @darimocarbonย  You might have seen our one-off builds online, but taking the time to nerd out over them in person is a whole different experience. Scroll through the slides to take a look at some of the unique details and exacting spec choices made to create this boundary-pushing Titanium beast from Rise, and then come chat with us at Sea Otter Europe to get the full story and our personal takes! Ourย @risebikes Greywolf was built with completely custom geometry because we wanted a bike with high stack and long reach that doesn't compromise handling or ride quality, whether we're running 29x2.25" or 700x32c tires. Our M8 saddle is designed to allow riders to achieve a progressive aero and biomechanically efficient position by providing great soft tissue pressure relief, without sacrificing bone support and stability. With the help ofย @simmonsracing 's carbon fiber wizardry we were able to bond a heavily modified RSL seatpost head to a SRAM AXS seatpost for on-the-fly tilt and height adjustment, keeping the rider comfortable as they move through the range of positions this bike allows. A Wove build would not be complete without a one-offย @speeco.tech handlebar - this bar allows the rider to get aero in multiple positions with a narrow hood width, wide flares, long reach, and 120mm drops. @speeco.tech also helped design a grip insert for under the tape that our friends atย @velovetta brought to life, increasing the surface area in the drops for improved ergonomics. To achieve a narrow 148mm Q factor along with room for meaty tires and a big chainring,ย @risebikes made a custom Orca Ti crankset that is stiff, beautiful, and hits all the right specs. Keeping the watts up and cadence down when at speed is handled by theย @dward_design 54t CNC'd Ti chainring. When it came to wheels,ย @hedwheels Stillwater G50 wheelset was a no-brainer for an improved aero profile with wide tires, and of course the great ride quality can't be ignored. Nice Ironman championships 70.3 - what an event! Thanks @wovebike for the invite so Noah could be released out of his dark workshop. Congrats to everyone who completed this race on the beautiful course. Behind the scenes on how we spend the days talking about aerobars, saddles and new projects ๐Ÿ’ก Starting new TriX projects on sight. We start almost all of our projects remote, so it was great to continue the conversation on some of them face-to-face. It was also suprising how many of our customers are also engineers, and it seems like a sign of respect to choose us or our manufracturing process. (But sometimes I had to defend it harder than my thesis๐Ÿ˜…) Never had so many spectators on his sunday coffee ride. Apparently leopard print requires an acquired taste, but weโ€™ll keep hurting your eyes with it anyway. Sorry (not sorry) ๐Ÿ† by @speeco.tech
