This picture was taken 2 years ago at the inaugural Speedburners Golf Tournament at Turtle Bay Golf Resort in Kahuku, O’ahu. The Boise State Football/ Speedburner legends posed with our young one Madden Soliai, who at the time was being recruited by many colleges, including Boise State. They definitely pressed him to where they thought he should go! Fast forward to today and we’re all happy he made the choice to play on the Blue! And he’s not disappointing as he is starting as a true freshman and led the team in tackles in his first two starts! We’ll need to update this pic in March at the 3rd Annual Speedburners Golf Tournament so see you all in March! From RR4L to Bleed Blue! Go Broncos!! #austinpettis #jeremymcnichols #kekaulakaniho #kaonohikaniho #boiseburners by @speedburners

A long over due post for these Speedburner and Kahuku Football friends who donated so generously to the team when in Cali a few weeks ago to play St. John Bosco. First off the staff at @coopschiro who came to the hotel to adjust our players and staff, the second year in a row! Thank you to Dr. Cooper and his staff! To @alexthao310 , father of Speedburner professional soccer player Grace, for his generous donation of Chipotle lunch that fed 80 players and staff! Appreciate you Alex! To @gbp714 , @ericzeker , and @mvp_714 for the Game Day T-shirts for the boys! Thank you and a great design Megan! And to @stuartsworldclothing who does all Speedburners wear and the Speedburner Golf Tournament as well, thank you for the Kahuku Football hats Nate! They were a big hit! I can’t tell you all how much we all appreciate the aloha you showed us! Mahalo Nui Loa! Welcome to the Kahuku Football Family!! by @speedburners

200 plus keiki (kids) showing up at 6:00 am sunrise to train on the first day of summer vacation. Ages 5 to 19. No one complains they just work. It’s a different vibe on the North Shore. Rebel Squad fueled by Speedburners! 💨💨#leavethetrainingtous by @speedburners

We welcomed all Kahuku High athletes of every sport yesterday at the Speedburners Speed Camp on a rainy/sunny morning at Kahuku High School. Major thanks to all the OG Kahuku burners who showed up to help coach and support on the day. So good to see you all. Also Kahuku football and track coaches and our two Athletic Directors for their support as well as our principal, a former Kahuku football legend and coach for jumping in and assisting with all of us. The support is real here on the North Shore and we are building this thing from the ground up with our youth programs like Rebel Squad and the Koolauloa track club little burners! Also a shout out to all of our sponsors: our guys @_northvue photography for always showing up when needed, the best photography on the island. Mahalo to @waiakea for keeping our athletes hydrated! Thank you @courtyardxmarriott for your hospitality! And last but never least my man Robert at the @bigredhawaii store for always coming through with the banners for this camp and our golf tournament as well! It was a great day of instruction and fun! We are ready for the next one! 🌴💨💨 #theroadtospeedrunsthroughkahuku #speedburners by @speedburners

It was great to see all the college football boys come home to train! Teams represented were: Utah, Boise State, Hawaii, Washington State, Utah State, Missouri, Colorado, Utah Tech, Snow, USC and UCLA. Different colleges but Red Raiders For Life! #kahukuburners #RR4L 🤙🏽💨 by @speedburners

At the Hawaii State Track and Field Championships on Saturday at Kamehameha High School, the Kahuku High Red Raider sprint team of @faithmataele @rustee.meyers @zenkaopua2028 and @kawanakini.manutai brought home the State Title in the 4X400 Relay to close out the meet! On a rough day filled with illness, emotion, and expectations, these four girls, tabbed as the Fab Four by opposing coaches, somehow put it all aside to speed to a 3:58.92 win, one second off the meet record. Nothing these girls did this year surprised any of their coaches. From winning the team OIA Conference Title to finishing third in the State despite scratching in two races, they showed a toughness you don’t often see in kids their age. Congratulations girls you all deserve every accolade you got this year! I don’t know that there will be any group of four who will accomplish what you all did this season! Thanks for allowing me a front row seat to watch something that may not ever be done again! So much aloha for you four! #speedburnerselite #kahukuburners #fabfour2026 by @speedburners

At the 808 Pro Day Flag Football Showcase on Saturday at Waipahu High School, Speedburner track/flag football athlete @_sapphire_alo_ ran the fastest forty yard dash recorded on the day! With over 200 flag football players in attendance Sapphire showed why training for these events is important. Hard work always pays off! And to top it off she received her first college offer from Grand Canyon College! Great job Sapph! And Congrats! #kaukuburners #flagfootballburners🏈💨🌴 by @speedburners

With the excitement over the girls team championship we cannot forget what this young lady accomplished. Zen won five golds including the 100, 200, Long Jump, 4X100 Relay and 4X400 Relay! Incredible night for who we call the Rookie as this is her first year competing in track. She has blended in well with our girls and it shows with the chemistry they all have together on and off the track. She’s a fiery competitor who does not like to lose! One more week let’s keep it going Zen! #kahukutrack #kahukuburners #RR4L 💨💨 by @speedburners

The Kahuku High varsity boys 4X100 relay team took home the OIA Conference title on Saturday night. They are currently number 2 in the State of Hawaii, one tenth of a second behind the number one ranked team. With the State Championship Meet coming up next weekend at Kamehameha High School it promises to be heck of a race!
Come out and support! #kahukuburners #kahukutrack #RR4L by @speedburners
