I’m beyond thrilled to share that I had the honor of helping my brother and his wife find their very first home! After months of searching, we found the perfect spot for them in a wonderful neighborhood that has it all – amazing shops, fantastic community vibes, and a demographic that’s just a perfect fit for their lifestyle.

Not only is this their first home, but it’s also a place where they can grow, make memories, and truly plant their roots. The lot size is incredible—63.4 x 110.14 feet of space, just under a quarter of an acre! Plenty of room to create their dream home, and I couldn’t be more excited to see what they do with this place.
