Need a ride to the polls? We’re providing FREE transportation for early voting October 14–16!

📍 Mechanicsville Library
🚌 Departures every hour, 9 AM–5 PM
📌 Pickup: Cosby parking lot, along the fence across from Public Safety near the front gate. Look for the white vans with Spelman College and Bonner Office decals!

⏰ Arrive 5 minutes early and allow at least 1 hour to vote and return to campus.

Community Care in Action x LOLA Recap! 💗

On October 8, Bonner Scholars Khady ’29 and Tyliah ’28 came together to assemble period care packages for Spelman students using products generously donated by LOLA (mylola.com), a women-founded company committed to providing safe, non-toxic period care made with clean, transparent ingredients.

Through this partnership, we’re helping make essential period care products more accessible to our students while supporting their health and well-being.

On Monday, September 28th, Rai-Elle Ingram, Bonner Scholar ’2029, worked alongside Morgan Simpson, Bonner Scholar ’2028 and Dunbar Collegiate Events Coordinator, to connect Morehouse Motors, Tiny Tummy Trust, S.K.I.R.T.S., and Project Crown with Dunbar Elementary 5th graders for a Puberty Workshop.

Morehouse and Spelman students led discussions on puberty, proper hygiene, and feminine hygiene practices while also providing students with donated food and hygiene bags. Through this collaboration, students were able to learn, ask questions, and gain resources to support their health and well-being by @spelmanbonners

Today, our Bonner Scholars Class of 2030, partnered with Atlanta Streets Alive to support a day of community connection and engagement. Our Bonner Scholars were on the move today!

The Spelman Bonner Scholars Class of 2028 spent their morning participating in the Stone Mountain Trail Restoration project, an opportunity facilitated through Hands On Atlanta in partnership with EcoAddendum and Public Commissioner Ted Terry.

During the service project, our scholars worked alongside community partners to help remove kudzu and restore the surrounding trail environment. by @spelmanbonners
