I literally can't explain the absolute love I have for this human. You never know the impact people will have on your life when you meet them. Jay I met you 6 years ago and I'm so fucking grateful to call you my friend. You are one of the most beautiful, brilliant, loving people I know. You impress me all the time with your jack of all trades-do it like a badass, mentality. You're not afraid to speak your mind (one of my favorite things about you). You stand by your friends through life's hard transitions as a patient loving shoulder to lean on. You genuinely want to get to know your friends kids and be in their lives. There's so many more photos and so many more things I want to share 🥹 can't go on enough about cha babe. I love you and HAPPY BIRTHDAY 🎂 🎉

I'm so grateful I can nourish my baby with my body. It has been difficult for me. My supply was low from the beginning. Pumping schedule 8-10 times a day when I'm alone taking care of a newborn. The painful latches. Bleeding and cracking nipples. Supplements, herbs, teas, and foods to boost production. Seeing my lactation specialist weekly. I'm now giving my daughter 90% breastmilk and the rest in formula. It was hard for me to be ok with this as I wanted exclusively breastfeeding. Im now at peace and so grateful to be at this point! I've learned ever parent has their own "hard" and this was one of mine. If you are holding yourself to expectations, please know it's OK to bend. My baby is healthy and fed, and that's what matters! Keep going fellow mama's 💪 ✨️

From my maternity shoot with Ken at about 7 months. Funny....I said I was only going to do one or two maternity shoots, and I did like 7 hahah. I am blessed to have so many friends that are talented photographers happy to capture this experience for me. Love you guys! You know who you are 🌿✨️
