Hej!

Chcę w końcu sprawdzić najnowszy Story Pack 2, FL4K and the Last Resort, a przede wszystkim pograć nową Vault Hunterką, Loveless the Hacker.

Hey! I haven’t been around here much lately, so let’s start with the important question: it’s the weekend, what are you playing today? 🎮

I’m going back to Borderlands 4, this time on the ROG Ally. I finally want to check out the latest Story Pack 2, FL4K and the Last Resort, and most of all spend some time with the new Vault Hunter, Loveless the Hacker.

Loveless is the main reason this DLC caught my attention. A hacker with cybernetic upgrades and her own digital virus sounds weird enough even for Borderlands. There’s also the new Providence area, Tediore enemies, fresh loot and another excuse to grind for a few hours. And honestly, all that colourful Borderlands chaos feels right at home on the Ally’s screen.

So, what are you playing this weekend and what should I add to my backlog?

I’m starting with Loveless. We’ll see if there’s any weekend left for anything else. 😅

Powiem Wam, Zelda Zeldą, ale mnie najbardziej ucieszył Professor Layton and The New World of Steam.

Mam ogromny sentyment do Laytona, ten klimat, zagadki, muzyka i cała otoczka zawsze miały w sobie coś wyjątkowego.

Sam Direct miał oczywiście kilka innych ciekawych momentów, ale jeśli miałbym wskazać jedną grę, którą po prezentacji chcę mieć najbardziej, to właśnie The New World of Steam.

A Wy? Co najbardziej zainteresowało Was podczas tego Nintendo Direct? 🎮

How is your life going?

Hej!

_______

Hey! I've been a bit quieter on Instagram lately, but I simply have less time. I'm preoccupied with building a house and having kids, so I don't really have much time to find a quiet moment to play. 😅

Despite everything, I try to stay up to date with the latest news and check out interesting new releases on PC and consoles every now and then. My list of games to play is obviously growing much faster than my free time. 😂

However, I hope that soon I'll be able to get back to playing more regularly and posting new things here. I definitely have plenty of ideas for posts—the time to implement them is less.

What about you? What have you been playing lately, and what's been the most addictive? Maybe you can suggest something worth adding to this already far too long list.

______

Hey, how's your Sunday going?

It's good that it's finally sunny again. I've been neglecting Instagram a bit lately, but that's also because I haven't been playing anything, so I haven't even had anything to talk to you about. What have you been playing lately, or maybe, like me, you've been on a short break?

Hej, jak Wam minął weekend?

Mój zdecydowanie za szybko.

Temat ostatnich decyzji PlayStation jeszcze żywy, więc i ja dorzucę swoje 3 grosze.

Pudełko coraz częściej przestało oznaczać grę, a zaczęło oznaczać kartonik z kodem i smutkiem w środku.

_____

Hey, how was your weekend?

Mine went by way too fast.

PlayStation’s recent decisions are still a hot topic, so I’ll add my two cents. I think we all know I have a soft spot for physical games.

A box on the shelf is mine. It doesn’t disappear after a terms-of-service change, doesn’t ask a server for permission, and doesn’t depend on a platform’s mood.

Digital is convenient, sure. I use it too, especially on Steam when the prices are good.

But I’d still rather have a game on my shelf than just a promise of access in an app. One bad decision, one button press, and suddenly something you “own” is gone.

PC players have been living in this digital future for years. At some point, the box stopped meaning “game inside” and started meaning “cardboard with a code and sadness.”

So, what do you think? Will Sony come to its senses?

Hey, how's your day going?

I recently got my hands on a new retro console, the RF40H 🎮

It's a cheap Linux handheld that won me over the most with its 4-inch screen in a 1:1 aspect ratio. Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Pico 8, and vertical arcade games look really great on it.
Don't expect miracles in terms of hardware. Classic 8- and 16-bit games, PlayStation 1, and lighter PSP games run very well, but Dreamcast and GameCube games aren't in the same league.
On the plus side, it has a comfortable grip, WiFi, a 4000 mAh battery, and a price tag of around $40 to $50. On the downside, it feels like a budget console, especially considering the plastic and overall finish. But as a small retro gaming device? It's a very nice toy.

Do you like cheap handhelds like this, or would you rather pay extra for something more powerful?

Lubicie gry sportowe?

______

Do you like sports games?

Hey, how's your day going? Sports games used to leave a lot of room for imagination 😆 But you know what, those were great times. I didn't actually have a Game Boy back then, I don't even know if I knew it existed, but I'd spend hours playing 100,000 in 1 races on the console. These days, sports games are all about crates, skins, and not much meat.

What's your favorite sports game?
