So, if any of my friends need or would like a breakdown quarterstaff made, I guess let me know because thanks to hyperfixation and a friend in need, I now have that ability I guess 😂😂. Definitely ruined a work shirt with epoxy while setting the threaded inserts though 😬 by @spenkmage

Depressurizing a line of SF6 after some testing. Don’t buy SF6 to do this, as it’s super greenhouse-y, but when the circumstances are such that you’ve gotta release it either way, why not have some fun when you can? 🤘🏻🤘🏻 by @spenkmage

@rmurdaa may be responsible for 95% of the books in our home, but the 5% that come from me are all super cool. That said, this LE of Howl’s Moving Castle from @foliosociety will definitely serve as of the keystones of my book collection. Absolutely gorgeous 😍😍😍 by @spenkmage

Not the best lighting, and a wall that I regrettably forgot to fully dust/clean, but the art of @gabrielschama is always incredible. That l was able to get a larger work of his that also dovetails perfectly with my love of high fantasy and swords has me at a loss for words, current post notwithstanding. My only regret is that I don’t have an unlimited financial resource, so that I could buy a 2nd one to send to @brennanleemulligan by @spenkmage

Pardon the mess in the background, I just love pthalo blue SO much. Going for a time-lost elf look & figured his armor would need to reflect that, so here’s the first pauldron 😍😍😍 ~200 large copper scales and spring-temper SS rings by @theringlord by @spenkmage

Glow-in-the-dark epaulets with butterfly clasps 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 took a few weeks due to being busy at work and using small scales (201 for each shoulder, 8 for the butterflies), but finally done. Let’s gooooooo!!!!!!!!! by @spenkmage

I don’t post often to my Instagram, but when I do, I like to think it’s things I’m *extremely* about. Hence, my nerd wall! Or at least, the downstairs, non-sword nerd wall 😅. Still awaiting the arrival of a blue greatwyrm from @magecraftminiatures, but the ancient white dragon will be a viable placeholder for now. Big thanks to the artists and craftspeople who made this little collection of stuff that warms my heart possible, especially the unnamed ones who paint all of the Icons of the Realms minis ❤️. #dnd #minis #dndminiatures #art #nerdshit #vecna #tiamat #bahamut #zariel #bael #bel #baphomet taken in Houston, Texas by @spenkmage

At a time when I have plenty of more “important” things to spend money on, the always impressive @gabrielschama announces the impending release of this new piece. It’s……inexorable. Not least because it compliments a piece of his I already have, but sweet lord those COLORS!!!! Money, what money? It’s already spent, as far as I’m concerned. Fuck AI, support artists. #art #artists #artistsoninstagram #3D #wood #gottahaveit #innerpeace #dnd #potions #potionsmaster by @spenkmage

Remember kids, always trust your nose, even in engineering labs. It might help you avoid literal catastrophe 🤣🤣🤣

Sometimes you really just wait around for your campmates to be ready to go in. Armor configuration was too heavy, though, definitely need to shed 10-20lbs of total weight. #texasrenaissancefestival #trf #campinglife by @spenkmage
