Grateful baby girl… by @speshabby

Today, a pupil gave me this beautiful pen case made from recycled bottle covers.

As I admired her creativity, I thought of the children who have been kidnapped by terrorists and denied the joys of learning, creating, and simply being children.

This little gift reminds me of what children can become when they are given safety, peace, and opportunity.

Every child deserves a childhood.
Every child deserves safety.
Every child deserves the freedom to play, create, and hope.
No child deserves to go through such trauma.
Nobody deserves to go through such trauma. by @speshabby

Teaching a higher primary class has made me realize one thing, these children notice EVERYTHING.

From Outfits, shoes, hairstyles, to colour combinations, nothing ever escapes their eyes.

And honestly, I love seeing their faces light up when I walk into class looking all put together( I think).

This term, I’m going for comfortable but teacher-worthy fashionable styles. So help me God.

How did I do this week? It was Pant trousers week.

One beautiful thing about being a teacher is the love and joy that comes with it.

Today, my pupils came first in a presentation competition and my heart is so full. Moments like this make every effort worth it.

Thank you Lord Jesus…

Have a beautiful week. by @speshabby

I decided to document my style all week but Friday said, “Hold up, I’m a holiday.”

So yes, nothing for Friday.

Happy New Month.

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for the gift of women. Bless every woman and girl with strength, wisdom, and courage.

May they experience justice, dignity, and equal opportunities everywhere they go.

Help us to support and uplift women so they can fulfill the purpose you have placed in their lives.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

A much-needed recharge ✨
We took a little trip to my maternal home with the family.
It was truly refreshing, and we’ll definitely visit again soon.

Road trips are always fun 🚗✨
