Dive into the exquisite blend of juicy mangoes and invigorating tea, perfectly balanced to rejuvenate your senses.✨

All you need to make this 👇

For Mango Purée

- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 2 tsp sugar(optional)
- 1/2 cup water

🌿 In a blender, add the above ingredients & blend until smooth.

For brewed tea ☕

- 2 cups of water
- 1.5 small teaspoons black tea
- 2-3 teaspoons of sugar (or to taste)
- 1/2 cup mango puree
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
-8-10 mint leaves
- ice cubes (as required)

Garnish with fresh mint leaves or lemon slices. Stir the iced tea before serving to ensure the flavors are well mixed.🌻

If you too are a die-hard fan of kadhi, then you need to try this Boondi Kadhi recipe which is easy to make and also quick easy & light...🤩🥰

Ingredients 👨‍🍳

Besan/gram flour-1/4th Cup
Curd -1 Cup
Water - 1 Cup
Salt-1 Tsp
Haldi - 1/2 Tsp
Oil-1 Tbsp
Cumin seeds/Jeera - 1 Tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Fenugreek Seeds 1/4th Tsp
Hing - A pinch
2-3 slit Green chilies
3-4 garlic cloves chopped
1/4 cup onion (chopped)
Adjust salt as per your taste
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 cup Boondi
Water-1/2cup

For Tempering:

Ghee - 1 Tbsp
Dry Red Chillies 2 nos
Hing - A pinch
Curry Leaves-5-6 nos
Kashmiri lal mirch-1/2 tsp

Method:

* Start by whisking the besan, curd, salt, turmeric & water together - it should be a lump-free mixture.

* Heat up oil in a kadhai/pan & add in the cumin seeds, mustard seeds, & Fenugreek seeds.

*Add in the green chilli.garlic and chopped onion & spices & allow it to cook for a minute.

* Add in a splash of water along with the kadhi mix - stir the pot continuously.

* Season with salt to taste & add in the water to
adjust the consistency of the kadhi.

* Once the kadhi starts to simmer, cover the pot & allow it to simmer for 10-12 mins.

*Add boondi and let it cook for a while.

* For the tadka, heat up some ghee, add in the red chillies, hing, curry leaves & red chilli powder.

* Pour the tadka over the kadhi, stir well.

* Serve hot alongside some steaming rice & Enjoy🤩
