Hey foodies, guess who's back? 🍴✨
It’s been a minute… okay, maybe more than a minute 😅 — but I’m finally back, and I’ve seriously missed this space (and all of you). Life got a little wild, but the love for good food, messy kitchens, and sharing it all with you never left. #loveforcooking

If you're still here — thank you. If you're new — welcome! Let’s eat, laugh, and cook together again. 💛

Sharing my meal prep for roasted vegetables for dinner tonight! 😋

Cheers💕

🍒Cranberry Jalapeños Jam🌶(no gelatin or pectin)
Cranberry Jalapeños Jam is sweet and spicy spread, that’s absolutely irresistible! The combination of tangy cranberries with the spicy hot jalapeños is a perfect match for the best tasting spread 😋

📌Recipe to make this holiday season:
1.5 cups cranberries (fresh or frozen)
2-3 jalapeño peppers, seeded & minced (leave the seeds in for more spicy hot jam)
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
4 tbsp vinegar

🔸️Take the rinsed cranberries in a pot. Add water, sugar, and vinegar and bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
🔹️Once the cranberries start to pop and the sauce comes to a foaming boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 min.
🔸️Stir in the minced jalapeños to this. Combine well and remove from heat.
🔹️Let the sauce cool completely, transfer to jars and refrigerate.
🔸️Cranberry sauce thickens as it cools, and will be of a spreadable consistency, perfect for crackers, cheese and sandwiches!

This quick jelly makes a terrific appetizer, can be made ahead of time and warmed in the microwave for about 10 seconds. 📌Save, try and Enjoy this jelly over a brick of cream cheese, Serve with crackers or baguette slices!!
