A complex woman through and through! 🎯 by @spicewithirene

Three major things I’m learning in my 30s:

• Not everything deserves a reaction. Some things are better left unanswered, untouched, and far away from my peace.

• Rest is not a reward. I don’t have to completely exhaust myself before I’m allowed to slow down.

• I can change my mind. About people, plans, dreams, and even the version of myself I thought I had to become.

My thirties are teaching me that growing up isn’t always about adding more. Sometimes, it’s about finally putting things down. And I’m not about to compromise on my values.

May had me falling in love with life like a baby 🥹, lifting weights at the gym and making new memories to last a life time.

I’m definitely in love; if you no believe rest! 😅
