What a great time I had at my first AGF tournament. Got gold in my weight bracket and won a match in the open weight bracket. Special thanks to my coaches for teaching me all they know, and leading me to gold! @coachjdshackelford @mclovin.bjj @kt.thestrikingguy by @spicycox_

Sleep deprivation, lots of yelling, and too many pushups but here we are. I have so much to be thankful for. Thank you to all the MI,s that pushed me and all of delta dumb to be better than we were when we came here. Thank you to all my rack mates who shared the experience with me. Man I am so sad that’s the last camp for me as a camper, but I am so so thankful for the experiences I had throughout my time as a camper as well as this week alone. This week was so full of laughter, competition, and most importantly close encounters with the lord. I love this group so much they made me feel happiness I haven’t felt in a long long time. I’m so happy I got to create new friendships as well as reconnect with old ones. Again I am so sad that’s it’s over but i’m so happy it happened. Thank you @benrandrews for all that you have done for us and the experiences you brought to me and many many other people. Camp will always hold a special place in my heart. by @spicycox_

Man what a ride it has been. I still am processing all the emotions that have came from this stage of life. Above all the other stuff I have felt I have primarily felt glad. So very glad for all the people in my life that make the school i’ve spent so much time at memorable. I’m so thankful for my closest friends, Dylan, Hayden, Marc, and Rachel (if I forgot to mention someone I apologize) for always pushing me to be a better person, friend and athlete. These people are the reason I have been able to push past the things I couldn’t handle on my own. I want to give a super special thanks to my brother, best friend, and mentor Gabe for supporting me through literally everything. I am challenged daily to be more like him in everything I do. I’m thankful for my soccer team that I played alongside for 6 amazing years. Even though we sucked it was the people that made it worth coming back every single year. Im just so very grateful to have people that make saying goodbye so extremely hard. I love all of you guys so so much and i’m forever unimaginably proud of all the things you guys have achieved and the things I know you will continue to achieve. man. 8 full years of life i’ve had playing this sport. This sport has taught me so much about myself in the time that i’ve played it. I’m so thankful for the experiences it brought me, the happiness, the sadness, and most importantly the friendships. I have made so many amazing friends throughout my time in this sport and i’m happy to say I found a family in my team. No matter how bad things got we always had each others back. We always laughed and played our hearts out together. I’ll always look back on this team, this sport, and this time of life with such love. I wouldn’t rather lose win or draw with any other team. Thank you for everything. I have dreaded this day for a very long time but it seems like that might be the end for me. I love all of yall. #77 out 💚
