Been just over two months since we lost our sweet girl Leia. We still miss and talk about her constantly. She sent two sweet puppies our way so we can give them the same kind of love and life we gave her. So glad to have videos of her so we can see that big smile and her silly self still. Our sweet Leia crossed the rainbow bridge earlier this evening. we thought we had so much more time with her and just broke our hearts to have to say goodbye. ———————————————————————————— There was nothing Leia enjoyed more than her naps whether it was on the couch or in a bed or just on the floor she could always find the perfect place to rest. She loved watching TV with her momma and would just cuddle up and always being the perfect little spoon. She loved to help her daddy with dump runs and go on truck rides, ears just flapping in the wind with the biggest smile on her face. Her big brother Atlas was her best friend. They spent countless hours playing together and I know Atlas will never forget her. She was a true foodie., she had a place in her heart for all the pizza and chips, and she always knew when it was time to share a snack. She was always her momma’s little sous chef, always ready to lend a paw (or catch a dropped treat). Nothing made her happier and more content than a good belly pat from her daddy and she knew she could get the soft belly rubs from her momma. ———————————————————————————— We miss you our sweet Leia, but we know you will live on in every nap, every truck ride, every TV show, and every playful moment and our hearts forever. Happy 10th Birthday to our handsome, Atlas! 💙🥹

Ten years of being the our best boy, professional napper, truck ride enthusiast, keeper of the house, and now the slightly disgruntled big brother to two little sisters who refuse to respect his personal space.

He tolerates their existence. Most days.

It’s hard to believe our boy is officially TEN. 🥺 Somehow an entire decade has gone by, and that little bit of white creeping onto his face is reminding us just how quickly the years have passed.

We’ve been through so much with you over these ten years, Atlas, and we’re so incredibly grateful for every single one of them. You’ve been there through so many chapters of our lives, and we couldn’t imagine our family without you. ❤️

Here’s to more treats, naps, belly rubs, adventures, and maybe — if Stormy & Raven allow it — a little peace and quiet. 😂

Happy 2nd Birthday to our two favorite little troublemakers! 🖤🩶

Raven — our little black shadow, professional snuggler, and expert at looking completely innocent regardless of whether she actually is. 😇🖤

Stormy — our gray little chaos gremlin who has never met a situation she couldn’t make just a little more dramatic. 😂🩶

They may be sisters, but they definitely came with two completely different personalities. Together, though? An unstoppable team of wrestling, zoomies, mischief, couch stealing, snack begging, and making sure there is NEVER a dull moment in this house.

Two years ago today, these girls came into the world together, and somehow we’ve already reached the terrible twos. 🥹

Happy 8th Heavenly Birthday to our sweet, Leia 🤍🌈

We should have had so many more years with you. Losing you suddenly is something our hearts will never fully understand. You deserved to grow old here with us.

We’re so thankful you had the time with Atlas you did, even if it wasn’t long enough. I know he misses you every single day.

Stormy and Raven came into the world just months after you left, but somehow it feels like you left pieces of yourself behind for us. Stormy with the soft, sensitive sweetness — she is just a little more pushy about it — and Raven, the silliest, squishiest girl who looks like a tiny black version of you in a smaller package.

Sometimes it feels like your personality got gently split between them so we’d still get to see glimpses of you every day.

We miss your calmness — always content just being by our side — and being our sweet shadow, never too far away no matter where we went.

It’s been one year since we had to say goodbye to our sweet Leia. Not a second goes by that we don’t miss her, she was our sunshine every day. I know in some sort of way she sent her sisters to us to show us that she was one of a kind. She knew they would keep us on our toes.
