I just saw someone explain this so well on TikTok. Imagine being hungry and you are at the point where you will eat anything. A friend or someone gives you something to eat, but you know it’s not going to fulfill your hunger. You eat it anyway and you’re still hungry afterwards searching for more to eat.

This is what it’s like when the devil offers you his temporary satisfaction. He offers something to you that’s pleasing to you, but it doesn’t fulfill your spirit. You will always be searching for more. If you seek the Lord, you will always be fulfilled and never hunger. I’m not just talking about food, I am talking about your life. No matter what trust in the Lord. “We walk by faith and not by sight”(2 Corinthians 5:7). You can’t see the oxygen in the air, but you still trust that you will breath. So trust the Lord at all times. by @spillingwisdom

The Armor of God protects us from those evil spirits. We are fighting a Spiritual war every day. It’s important to feed your Spirit with some Word everyday, so you can continue to fight. The Armor of God is protecting us from those seen and unseen dangers.

Isaiah 54:17 says, “No weapon formed against me shall prosper…” But it did not say the weapon wouldn’t be formed. The weapon just won’t succeed against you. Read your Word and Live the Word to apply your Armor of God. by @spillingwisdom

The most important thing you should get from this verse is to “seek first”. It does not say seek whenever. Seek the Lord first in everything you do and He will Bless you. The key is to Seek Him first. “A worldly life comes with a price, but a life with Christ comes with a sacrifice.” Seek Him first! Have a Blessed day. by @spillingwisdom

Just because we are young doesn’t mean we can’t be a Light unto others. We can set an example of how believers should live for Christ at a young age. You shouldn’t wait until you’re older to live for Him. Live for Christ now!

I know it’s not easy being a believer, but just know you’re not alone. When the storm gets stronger just start praising Him because you are getting even closer to your Blessing. “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance”

God gives us power to overcome the devil and his temptations. This is not saying that you won’t be tempted. The devil even tried to tempt Jesus, so you know he is going to tempt you. But you do have the power to overcome him and it can’t harm you. by @spillingwisdom

We should believe whatever we are praying for as if we already have it. You should believe that you have already received whatever you are praying for. Therefore you should go ahead and praise the Lord for whatever you are praying for because you already have it! He has already answered your prayer. Stay strong and stay committed! by @spillingwisdom

You should live to please the Lord! Do not try to live for others or feel like you have to prove something to other people. I promise you it is so much better to live for Him and not the world. If you live/please the Lord even your Enemies couldn’t hate you! Live for Jesus and not for this world! Stay Committed! by @spillingwisdom

What are you gaining by following the world? Don’t lose your soul by trying to gain the whole world for your flesh. “A worldly life comes with a price, but a life with Christ comes with a sacrifice.” The price you will pay for living a worldly life is your soul. Sacrifice the wants of your flesh for the gains of your spirit! Choose to live for Christ and seek Him first!

Faith without works is dead. You can have faith, but if your not obedient then that faith can become dead. If you are not trying to live a better life and do right then your faith is dead. (Meaning if you are purposely doing wrong and you know it is wrong then your faith is dead). It is just like the human body. A body without a spirit is spiritually dead. When you get married, you should become one flesh with your wife/husband. This is how God made it to be. This means y’all are one together. So do not mistreat your wife/husband.
