NEW CLASS!!! Not only can you Spin with Iz, you can also checkout Barre with Iz any Monday or Wednesday at 6:30-7:15PM. A great way to get a low intensity, full body workout without all the sweat. Big shout-out to these girlies for their hard work today! We had a great time hitting glutes, quads, and hamstrings at the barre and finishing with a core circuit on the mat! 🩰🧘‍♀️💪
