SPINE + SPIRIT + SONG COMES TO BALI
:
UBAD ~ UBUD the ancient sanctuary of healing and medicine
:
There is just SO MUCH here; every single element, every single flavour, every kind of vibe to stretch and tantalise, every kind of tribe to expand, dance and mesmorise...
:
BUT... without a place to surrender, without a place to drop and put everything down for one sweet moment, where does the expansion land?
:
Without loving embrace and a slower, gentler grace do you truly integrate the medicina and the healing you have been blessed with?
:
Spine Spirit Song was designed as a MIHI an acknowledgement of the slower, gentler, nervous system unwinding that honours, supports and nourishes the healing and growth you have been doing
:
We say '80 percent is the integration; 20 percent the medicine"
:
So our question is... Have you allowed yourself to integrate all that UBAD has gifted you?
:
This is the sacred invitation
:
Haere mai ~ Come
Nau mai ~ You are welcome

Nestled amongst the maunga of Arrowtown, we found our rhythm, found our breath and found our hearts...

Gathered together in the synergised field of alchemy, Te Whare Mahu, wove the magick, stirred the waters to bring gentle release, peace and calm to the participants.

Ngāmihi maioha to each and every one that gathered, recieved and honoured yourselves.

May you continue to hold the peace and calm of Rongomaraeroa in your hearts as you journey forwards.

Find us next at @wellfestnz this weekend where we will be weaving in the Spine + Spirit + Song style.

“That was potent and phenomenal” - @friendlymeagan

Last Wednesday in Ōtautahi, waves of energy moved through the room, a convergence of intention, devotion, and ancient knowing.

Spine | Spirit | Song

We gathered in a sacred pause. Listening deeply
Witnessing the subtle shifts, expansion and contraction, release and renewal, as nervous systems softened and the body remembered how to rest
This was a living, breathing vortex
Six practitioners, one field
Sound carrying us beyond time, spines unwinding old stories, spirit realigning with its natural rhythm.
Layers that lay heavy were gently peeled away.
Big shifts are happening, in the cosmos and within us.
As we move through endings and into fiery beginnings, regulation becomes the anchor.
Presence becomes the medicine
Wholeness becomes the way forward

Grateful for every soul who stepped into the weave, trusted the process, and allowed themselves to be held in deep restoration
Held with devotion by this powerful collective:

@chelita.zainey , @artistruapick, @cass.soulful.flow__ , @aroha.ashley, @awaaroha , @raukarekare , @ames.iam and @joydah

The weave continues.
Soon, we’ll be carrying this living medicine further south and north.
If your body is calling for rest, remembrance, and realignment, listen
We’ll meet you there by @spinespiritsong
