This is a nifty little unit for checking if those pesky XLR’s are still working properly after the band “helps” you roll them up 🫠😂 but seriously the xvive AT3 audio tester ultra is a great little device to have around for checking equipment is working properly and tracking down problems in a set up - live or in studio! #xvive #at3audiotester #audioengineer #spinlightstudio #proaudio by @spinlightstudio

First time using the @austrian_audio CC8’s yesterday and they sounded so nice on acoustic guitar. Very natural and clear. No overly hyped frequencies, just pristine reproduction of what’s in front of them. Keen to try them on a few other places! #austrianaudio #cc8 #condensermic #acousticguitar #recording by @spinlightstudio

I had the pleasure of trying out Canvas Audio’s new Smashbox Compressor, Flint.

It’s a FET-style compressor with one big knob, and as you turn it up, it smashes your sounds with glorious compression, pushing sounds forward in your mix, giving them energy that wasn’t there before, and just making things sound bigger and better in general.

Make sure you head over to my YouTube channel to check out the full review, and head over to Canvas Audio to grab your copy while the intro pricing is running.

$39 intro price, $59 normally. #canvasaudio #flint #mixingandmastering #compression by @spinlightstudio

Here are all five Paradox modules in the context of a full mix from @spinlightstudio bypassed and engaged.

Paradox is at its best when the modules are stacked across different elements in a mix, so be sure to experiment with all of them.

Have you tried using all five in one mix yet?

I dug deep for this one. Deeper than I ever expected. I went back to places in my heart I didn’t know were still there & In writing Goldline, I found pieces of myself that needed healing & words that had never been spoken.

The beautiful tragedies, the lessons, the love, the grief, the resilience. The long road. they all led me here. They opened me up and made me write songs that make people feel something.

And that’s why I’m here 🧡Pre Save for my next single goes live this FRIDAY!! #newmusic #countrymusic #countryartist #debutep taken in Newcastle, New South Wales by @spinlightstudio
