This song is the sound in my mind when I’m in the meditative state required for fire breathing. I am shielded from external sounds completely until I will them in. This focus is what is required to breathe with safety in mind. 💕🔥

I had such a joyous time Monday at @spinningpractice with my friends. We celebrated my upcoming birthday (April 30th!) 🥰💕 I am beyond grateful for the comradery, my heart is full 💗💗💗

A special thanks to @tygerphotos for this amazing shot. It’s definitely my favorite ever! 🤩

When I breathe fire, something powerful takes over my mind. Suddenly I am a tigress, with killer focus and instinct, where nothing outside of my vessel can deter my path. That is the beauty of a high stake, high intensity art such as fire breathing… For a moment it’s just myself, the flames, and my unwavering devotion. 🔥🔥🔥

I love these new fire breathing photos from @betheground at @spinningpractice last night 💕 Thank you so much for capturing these moments and being soo polite about it too 🥰

“If you don’t have the courage to change things, then you might as well just d13.” - Natsu Dragneel 🐉

Had another opportunity to be brave last night… ⚔️

A week ago, I had walked out of a fire breathing class at Flowstorm because I made a mistake and scorched my arm attempting a difficult technique. I felt so discouraged and disappointed in myself, but knew walking away was best to prevent further injury.

I faced a mental darkness the past week, beating myself up for backing down from the challenge at hand. Something I absolutely cannot stand is running away or giving up…

Last night I felt empowered, picked up my torch, and attempted the same technique. This time I did a better job with no injury at all! It felt amazing to face the thing that hurt and terrified me so much.

I relish the art of fire breathing so much. It genuinely fascinates me and calls to my soul, and I’m really lucky to have the best teachers ever. 🔥🔥🔥

Thank you @tygerphotos for the shots from last night’s @spinningpractice 💗💗💗

It felt so so so good to get back to my props after a few week hiatus I took to heal a couple of fresh tattoos.
