✨Long post alert✨

I brought in my 45th Birthday with the most amazing group of people - my Spin Family🫶🏽

As you can see it was an entire production and couldn’t have done it without my crew.

Although, we were together less than 2 hours- it felt like we partied all night long.

Indoor cycling can strengthen your heart, lungs, build power in large muscle groups & help you achieve high calorie burn in one single session. It can help you find like minded people on the path for fitness greatness, challenge you, establish and build relationships as well as keep you coming back for more!

I started this journey when I was 36 & it has been a ride. Met amazing folks along the way and witnessed tremendous growth within the community.

Again, I truly appreciate those who keep coming back to rock with me- help me grow, support me and allowing me to be me- as this is a no judgement zone (unless you’re on the wrong foot or set up shop in the front row as a newbie😩)

It brings me joy to see all of my riders burn calories, push themselves, vibe to the music and have a great time.

Thank you Derrick for always rocking with me whenever I ask. You are one solid dude @derrblu21 @earnitfitness.1

Thank you Kae for coming all the way to Chicago from Dallas and missing out on your fitness classes to celebrate with little ole me. I appreciate you! @justkandherfitness

Y’all both help me challenge myself. Mr & Ms. Fast Legs😂

Thank you @djslugomusic for your dope sounds🎵🎵 Always great quality.

Thanks Aaron for the quality photos, videos and professionalism.

I love Virgo Szn because my Spin Family hooked me up with amazing gifts and most importantly, love. 💰🥳🚴🏽‍♀️

Sonya aka “Legs” shares why she keeps coming back to spin class.

You truly never know the hardships someone may have experienced. That’s why it pays to be kind, treat others with respect and greet them with a welcoming smile.

Sonya always come to class with amazing energy, a can do attitude and a beautiful smile!

I love you @sonyarogers1720 💕💕💕
