Once upon a time, there was a beautiful old building that many people loved. ✨ Sunday school, church, library, verger’s cottages — all under one roof at 2 Parkhurst Road. But it got tired and bits started to fall off. Until some enthusiastic people bought it, rolled their sleeves up, and got to work.

Today it’s four studios, ready for movement, noise and art.

Still feeling the Afterglow.

Last night was one of those evenings that reminded us why we love bringing people together.

We moved, slowed down, breathed and rested. Pilates followed by Sound Bath, shared with such a lovely group of people.
