Another en-suite transformation completed with @chippyjones1k_ 👌

Really happy with how this one turned out. The existing en-suite was definitely in need of a revamp, so we stripped everything back and gave the whole room a complete makeover.

This one didn’t come without its challenges! Once the old vanity unit was removed, we discovered it had been hiding the bulkhead from the staircase below. We managed to remove the bulkhead and square the bathroom off, giving us much more usable space without compromising any headroom on the stairs.

The new bathroom features a concealed shower valve, concealed cistern, rainfall shower, wall-hung vanity unit and brushed brass finishes, which all help give the room a really clean, modern finish.

A massive difference from where we started and, most importantly, the customer was really happy with the finished result 🙌

Recent school refurbishment completed 🔧🚰

As part of an upgrade to two Design & Technology classrooms, the existing plumbing was stripped out and the hot water system upgraded to suit the new layout.

Each classroom originally had just one sink supplied by a 10L water heater. We upgraded this to three new sinks in each classroom, along with two new 30L unvented hot water heaters to cope with the increased hot water demand.

All new pipework installed and alterations made to suit the new classroom layouts.

Another job completed and ready for the classrooms to be put back into use. 👌

Another bathroom recently completed by Spires Heating & Plumbing Ltd 🔥💧

Really pleased with how this one turned out. A great combination of the blue tiles, brushed brass fittings and wood-effect vanity giving it a really clean finish.

This bathroom included a huge 2000 x 1000mm bath, concealed cistern, inset shower controls with rainfall shower head, wall-hung vanity and recessed shower niche.

A lot of work went into getting all the concealed pipework and fittings exactly where they needed to be, but the finished result was definitely worth it 👌
