✨ Reiki Shares are back, and we’ll be gathering every Monday from August through February.

Whether you’re Reiki attuned or simply Reiki curious, you’re welcome.

If you’re Reiki certified, you’ll be paired with others to give and receive treatments while building confidence in your practice.

If you’re not yet attuned, you’ll receive a Reiki session while learning about energy work in a welcoming, no pressure environment. It’s a beautiful way to experience Reiki before deciding if you’d like to take a certification course.

Starting after August 31, Reiki Shares will happen every Monday evening through February, making it easy to build a consistent practice, receive regular treatments, and connect with a supportive community.

Costa Rica is officially live. 🌴🎉

After months of planning& and refining the vision, applications are now open for our 2027 Yoga Teacher Training + Reiki Immersion.

This training is for those who want to deepen their practice, learn to teach from a place of authenticity, and immerse themselves in a supportive community while living steps from the ocean.

Over 15 days together, we’ll explore the Eight Limbs of Yoga, meditation, pranayama, anatomy, philosophy, teaching methodology, and Reiki, all within the beautiful setting of Costa Rica’s Blue Zone region.

We’ll be calling Con Samania Retreat Centre home, a private tropical retreat just a short walk from the beach, complete with shared and private bungalow options, organic meals, tropical gardens, pools and plenty of space to study, practice, rest, and connect.

Whether your intention is to become a yoga teacher, expand your healing work, or simply dedicate time to your own growth, this experience is designed to support you.

A yoga teacher training can teach you how to teach yoga. But what happens when the experience changes the way you see yourself, the people around you, and what’s possible for your life? 🕉️

At Spirit Alchemy Collective, we’re about so much more than a certification.

We’re about women taking up space. Moving freely. Laughing until their stomachs hurt. Being witnessed, supported, challenged, and celebrated. We’re about building community across cultures, identities, and lived experiences. About the friendships that turn into family, the lessons that follow you home, and the parts of yourself you discover along the way.

The Niyamas are some of my favourite parts of yoga philosophy because they bring the practice back to real life.🕉️

Not just how you move your body, but how you speak to yourself, how you handle change, what you give your energy to, and whether you can actually be present with where you are.💭

Saucha asks us to create more clarity.
Santosha asks us to appreciate what’s already here.
Tapas asks us to keep showing up.
Svadhyaya asks us to get curious about ourselves.
Ishvara Pranidhana asks us to loosen our grip and trust.

You don’t have to master any of them. The first step of the practice is just noticing where they show up in your life.💭

“But I don’t actually want to become a yoga teacher…”

You don’t have to.

Honestly, some of the people who get the most out of a YTT have no idea if they’ll ever teach a class.

Maybe you just want to understand yoga beyond the physical practice. Maybe you’ve been practicing for years and feel ready to go deeper. Or maybe you’re simply curious about what happens when you step away from your normal routine and really immerse yourself in the practice.💭

The Yamas: Bringing Yoga Off the Mat

Yoga isn’t just about becoming more flexible, mastering a pose, or sharing advice on Instagram. At its heart, yoga offers a system for becoming more conscious, more connected, and more fully human.

The Yamas are the first limb of yoga. They are ethical principles that guide how we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us. They give us a way to take what we explore on the mat and actually apply yoga to everyday life.

Yoga is ultimately about more than what the body can do. It’s about creating a life that feels more honest, intentional, compassionate, and fully expressed. The Yamas give us practical tools to pause, reflect, and become more conscious of how we move through the world.

This is where yoga leaves the mat and becomes a way of living. 🕉️
