Just a quick note from me to you🫶🏻

In a world where cellphones make us all easily accessible 24/7 it’s important to create boundaries. As an independent hairstylist, wife, and mom it’s important for me to find a balance that works for my busy schedule.

When it comes to returning texts, messages, or checking my inbox:

🗒️During business hours I am often with a client, and can’t always return a text or answer a call— when this happens I will get back with you asap, but if you don’t hear from me by the end of the business day, I will get back with you in 1-2 business days.

🗒️ During my scheduled time off I am often with family, and will turn my “work phone” off. I will get back with you on my next business day or again between 1-2 business days.

🗒️With that said, my online calander is always accurate and ready for booking. If there is not availability on a specific date you are looking for I will do my best to accommodate you; my booking site also has an active waitlist that lets me know who is requesting a sooner appointment.

Sometimes the days blur together, and as soon as I step out of the salon, I’m stepping right back into full blown momhood. I love the saying “you can’t pour from an empty cup” so I will always encourage you to also set boundaries and to take care of yourself as well!✨💜

To all of my clients thank you for being so amazing, and for choosing me as your stylist. I appreciate you all!

On my mind✨✨🍂

Growing up near New Orleans, “fall” didn’t really exist, and seasons much like here in Florida mostly meant another round of rain, humidity, or random cold snaps. So when I was 18 and stationed at Ft. Lee, Virginia, stepping out of the barracks one crisp morning and witnessed actual turning leaves for the first time it felt like walking right into a postcard. I was awestruck✨✨

I love getting on a plane this time of year to go somewhere I can experience that feeling all over again, but I would be lying if I said I felt the same way about winter. Nope, it’s just me and my autumn heart forever.

With that said, whimsy fall vibes will be happening at Spirited Mane all season long.
