Little known fact: Chef Jacob almost became a teacher, which is why he was so wonderful as our Chef-teacher at this morning’s“tofu, It’s what’s for breakfast” cooking demonstration. And the French toast bread pudding he made with tofu? I mean people were losing their minds over how delicious it was!
