I was going through post on Spirituallywoken and found our first faith letter that encouraged me! If God is for me who can be against me ?

As believers we face trials and tribulation of all kinds. As we progress we think there’s a time where we shouldn’t lean on the Lord at all!

“I should be far off”
“I shouldn’t be in this still”
“God deserves better”

All of those statements can be true but let’s never forget the reality of a believer.

“My son, forget not my law; But let thine heart keep my commandments: For length of days, and long life, And peace, shall they add to thee. Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: Bind them about thy neck; Write them upon the table of thine heart: So shalt thou find favour and good understanding In the sight of God and man.”
‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭3‬:‭1‬-‭4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

- his word adds peace and life
- keep the truth and mercy on you as a reminder of his everlasting love (on your heart so you’ll never forget )
- this opens the door for his favor to be upon your life

“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; And lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, And he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: Fear the LORD, and depart from evil.”
‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭3‬:‭5‬-‭7‬ ‭KJV‬‬

- trust begins in humility
-humility begins in submission
- submission begins with trust
(Ends and begins with trust)
-acknowledge Christ for direction and have fear for the most high( reverence )

We have the mission to carry out the likeness and image of God on earth for all to see that all may confess his holy name! Dependency on Christ is fuel to the follower. One must transition from knowing to being! You can believe and know something is real, but what are you doing with that belief?

Jesus gave us the authority, the power, and way, so what’s stopping you from going forth? We have the one who holds ALL of creation in his right hand submitted for not !

Remember rest isn’t optional it’s mandatory! Step back and kneel in his presence, being filled is what gives you the ability to carry out the purpose he’s intended for you!
