Back in the early 90’s is had this character I used to draw. His name was Boomba. I’d always planned on doing something with him, even though I did have some stories published as a comic book artist but I never got to use him. I dunno life was weird, and I lost my focus. Well here we are 25+ years later and I seem to have found a vibe in life I love. So screw it, I’m bringing him back. So now that the instruductions are over. Boomba is going to give me a hand in things from here on out. It brings happy tears to my eyes to see this dude all updated from my high school drawings, (one of the originals included in this batch) and now we’re ready to help represent things. 2027 is going to be off the hook and it’s starting now. by @splatterdyecustoms

Happy Friday! Finally done with my big project that I can’t show quite yet. (🤪) Gotta wait for the lawyers and the paperwork, blood samples, and voodoo magic to all cross their i’s and dot their T’s. But I can finally get back to the batch I got interrupted on. Saturday if all goes right, should kick off the next wave. 🌊 by @splatterdyecustoms

Got my kid home from college today (yay!) and I’d asked them what shirt they wanted as a gift, and they chose @evanescenceofficial as their shirt. So I tracked down one of their 26’ tour shirts and did my magic. Started out a dark color and I stripped it and made it red (at their request) and the rest was history. Was a fun battle this one, dark black/gray to orange to peach, to almost white, and then red, redder, and reddest, with some gray shading over the top. Was a fun fight, but I won. Hope everyone is having a nice weekend! I have my kid home, so my heart is full. by @splatterdyecustoms

AC*DC! This one I had so much fun with. Tried some new things, added so many layers of dye. Really tried to create something different. I just call these shirts I do splatter dyes, but it’s way more than that. And when I hear it called Tie Dye that hurts my soul cause I’m not tying anything. lol Everything about this went against my original plan, and I am glad everything about it went wrong. Bleach making it weird, dyes not sticking, dyes not going together. You name it, this one was a fight. But as it was kicking my butt, I was adapting to it, and finally found my color palette and worked it out. Whatcha think? by @splatterdyecustoms

Nine Inch Nails! Took this black shirt, and I know I was trying to get the feel of their Downward spiral album. Did I succeed? This one took quite a few runs to get the color right. But it came out perfect. Hope you all like! by @splatterdyecustoms
