Summer bodies are built now ladies!!!

The other day I took some progress photos and LOVED what I saw. That not only motivated me to keep going, but it motivated me to go HARDER!!! As much as I love making pretty drinks and foods, I have to cut back on that for now. Over the next few weeks I really want to cut back on sugar even more and be even more conscious of what I eat. Which brings me to this “Flat Tummy Tea”. I drink this about 3 times a week, on an empty stomach, right before breakfast. Give yourself 6 weeks ladies!! This tea + good diet + workout regimen & you’ll see some kind of results for sure!! 🙏🏾❤️

Recipe:
Sliced fresh ginger
Sliced lemons
1 Green tea bag
1.5 teaspoons of honey
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 scoop collagen powder (optional)

⁣⁣Let’s make the viral Baked Potstickers!! Full recipe below: ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
3/4 can Unsweetened Coconut Milk ⠀⠀
1 teaspoon Thai Red Curry Paste ⠀⠀
Drizzle of Sesame Oil ⠀⠀
Handful of Raw Spinach ⠀⠀
8- 10 Frozen Pot Stickers ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Preheat oven to 400 ⠀⠀
Pour coconut milk into baking dish. Add 1 teaspoon of Thai curry paste, drizzle in some sesame oil then mix well. ⠀⠀

Add a handful of spinach then place potstickers on top ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Cook uncovered for 20 mins ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Optional: Top with green onions, red crispy chili oil & sesame seeds. You can also serve with rice!
