I sacrificed *five* pairs of leggings to the hoop gods in the month of October 😂😂😂 I officially have no more plain black leggings left. (No leggings were harmed in the making of this video 😜) #hoop #tornado #splits #sundaymorning #flexibility by @splits4claps

Two splits on silks that I recently re-discovered after a *very* lonnggg time of not doing them. I ❤️ splits 😸🎪 #splitsforclaps #aerialsilks #flexibility #happywednesday #aerial by @splits4claps

Felt good to get up and move around. - Really been enjoying playing with this sequence from @miss_macaroni and seeing what I can add to it. Too long for insta so cropped it to my fav parts (but it’s still too long 🤷🏼‍♀️). #lyra #tornado #aerial #lana #mood by @splits4claps

Second attempt at this spin with both legs bent before bringing them down to straight 🖤 3 weeks until ankle surgery so flailing around as much as I can 👻 #tornado #spinning #lyra #aerial #sundayfunday by @splits4claps

I guess the theme of the week is splits. The idea for this popped into my head while I was driving - 99% of the time those ideas don’t end up working, BUT this one did! 🎉 I think the last time I did any type of bird of paradise split was in @kimpistons jazz class like… 20 years ago 👀 #lyra #hoop #splits #birdofparadise #splitsforclaps by @splits4claps

I’m not supposed to be on silks with my ankle brace 🤫 BUT I can’t resist trying a new split, especially an alien split 👽 saw @aerialjemma do this and had to give it a try.
