From raw CNC machining stages all the way to fully‑finished black anodized components ⚙️

Every project tells a story behind the parts you receive.
These photos capture the real‑world production journey: starting right after rough milling, you can clearly see the precise machined grooves and surface texture from our 5‑axis work. Step by step, the billet aluminum takes its final shape. Then comes surface treatment, until we get the clean, uniform black‑anodized batch ready for shipment.

It is never just about cutting metal.
It is about holding consistent tolerance on every single piece, paying attention to tiny details on each groove and edge, and keeping stable quality from prototype to batch production.

Broken Input Shaft & 1st Gear Repair 🔧🏁

Another GR6 transmission back on the bench after suffering a broken input shaft and damaged 1st gear. High horsepower launches and hard track use can put tremendous stress on drivetrain components, and when something lets go, it’s important to inspect the entire transmission to ensure no hidden damage remains.
