It's Thursday Night!!

This has been a once in a lifetime @critical_role vacation, starting from the @shopify Critical Role Pop Up, to Jester and Fjord's Wedding at @radiocitymusichall, the @lvmandm9onprime panel at @newyorkcomiccon, and finally meeting Critical Role in person.

They are amazing, you guys. So kind. The best humans. Thank you for leaving the world a better place than you found it.

Y'all, I love Daggerheart.

Thank you to @spenserstarke, @therowanhall, @matthewmercervo and the rest of the incredible design team at @DarringtonPress for bringing this game to life.

I fell in love with the system at GenCon in 2023, being fortunate enough to have played it prior to the public beta testing.

The hope and fear mechanic amplifies the excitement and tension at the table. As a GM, I love that my players are encouraged to contribute to world building at the table. Combat is exciting as hell, and is no longer an act of whittling HP down to zero.

The comminuty engagement during development and play testing has been incredible. The system is tight and not overly crunchy.

I'm excited to start scheming my next campaign in Daggerheart.

MCM / Crittercon Day 3.

MCM was an incredible amount of fun. We barely made it through artist alley, and did not explore any other part of the con. We actually closed out MCM.

We met the incredible @mmmjoos
and bought many prints.

MCM has been one of the best organized cons I've ever attended. The signage was clear, there was lots of space in the artist alley aisles, and the volunteers / staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

We will 100% come back again!

Day 2 highlights are forthcoming. (idk why I'm doing this backwards)

Thank you @critical_role for putting on the best live show! I laughed, cried, yelled, sang and cheered on our Heroes of the Realm.

Watching Vox Machina live is a dream come true. C1 is my favorite campaign, and I never thought I'd have an opportunity to see Vox Machina live. Of all the live shows, this one is my favourite.

The Critter Meetup beforehand was wild! We reunited with friends we met at the NYC live show at Radio City last year, made new friends and trinket traded our hearts out.

Thank you to @crittersoftheuk and @tales_of_exandria for organizing Project Faerie Fire. It was incredible to see the entire 02 arena twinkling with magic throughout the show.

My heart is full, and my luggage is full of CR trinkets.

MCM posts will be coming soon.

Hope to see you Critters in Toronto next year

@ungweliorc and I went to the @newyorkrenaissancefaire!!

It was our first time and it was pretty fun.

We dressed up, saw some games like dagger throwing (#daggerdaggerdagger), jousting, ate some turkey legs and soaked in the atmosphere.

The vast majority of the attendees were dressed up in costume, which is pretty amazing!

Thanks for a great day NY Ren Faire!! by @spongystarfish

The artist alley is phenomenal at FanEx Canada.

I like to get commissions of my OCs in different styles, to see what the artist comes up with and I'm always blown away by the end result.

Here is @byzantiuum 's interpretation of my Bladesinging wizard, Radril, who I played for 7 years (!!) in a campaign run by @dukeofannex.

She's hurting just wants it to stop, so she's going to make a powerful choice. She can can do this.... She did study necromancy for years and years to take down that Lich. Nothing will go wrong...
