I’m humbled to announce I’ve received an award from the Directors Guild of America for my short documentary, A Life in Boxes. This is the inaugural award winning film in their new Student Documentary Category and I was able to attend an award ceremony at the DGA’s private theater in New York City late 2022. I’m thankful for all the love and support this film has received from friends and family alike.

This is a huge stepping stone in my career as a filmmaker and its moments like this that validate my existence in the film industry. In reality, you don’t need any validation to create, only a desire and will to see a vision through.

Always keep creating, always keep pushing, and never forget those who helped along the way.

More projects come soon.
