Just a small life update... Only took me a solid 10 minutes and @suminsuminrob laughing at me to realise the bear was holding something 💍💕

I've been pretty absent with social media recently... Mostly because my health has taken another dive, I'm practically surgically attached to my heated electric cushion at the moment and this is my first big big flare up/deterioration since Jasper passed away and it's awful not having a little furry friend to cuddle or have him try and stick his tongue up my nose to check I'm still here when I pass out. Secondly I think I just felt really fed up seeing my feed crammed full with AI rubbish, anxiety inducing news stories and this unshakable sense of the need to 'perform' and fake being happy.

It felt like that if I missed a day posting then what was the point of continuing because I'd instantly get squished down in the sea of overconsuming/mass posts, receiving little to no feedback. Meaning I'd continue loosing connection with the little spooky space I've tried to create here... So I just simply stopped.

But I've missed the sense of community. It gets pretty lonely just stuck at home, watching my health deteriorate again and shutting myself away. Plus it's October tomorrow, my favourite time of year and I'll be damned if I don't at least try to enjoy it and get to see everyone else's spooky activities. 🎃🌜

A huge thank you to the wonderful @lorcana.inkvasion for organising a brilliant Disney Lorcana day at @entoymentwargaming 🧚🏻‍♀️🐭🏰 we had a great time, great company and got to learn a whole load of new Lorcana knowledge! (I'm still a bit of a newbie!!! 🤣) Also a big thank you to @vaultxhq as I even won this gorgeous Deck Box which has a very snazzy magnetic lid! Very fancy!!! 💖

I told myself I wouldn't buy any spooky/Halloween candles this year... But then I went to @homesense_ukie and saw this!!! 🦋💜🕯️The jar will make the perfect trinket holder when the candle is used up too!

I can feel my spooky soul defrosting as we begin to enter the 'Ber months. Pumpkin spice season can't come soon enough and I'm counting down the days until Practical Magic 2. I really need summer to be over, it's too hot and its making me miserable 🍂🔮☂️☕🎃

We finally have proper furniture in the bedroom! There's still a lot to do, wardrobes to declutter and a picture wall to plan but I'm happily in my element building my ideal whimsically witchy cosy space... and most importantly of all, Stevie Nicks Barbie has a permanent home above the tv!!! 🔮💜💕🌜
