A young sailor's bedroom 🌊 After tweaking and staring at this bg for so long I've decided to stop being a perfectionist and finally call it finished. I'm normally very self critical but I want to take a moment and be proud of this! I have learnt so much working on this piece and despite the challenges (*cough* lighting) I love how its turned out! Drawing this bg has given me so much confidence and I've learnt the tools needed to keep practicing and improving. As a student its so easy to only look up at how far you have to go, so I want to take a moment and celebrate the wins along the way ✨

Shoutout to @thepedropedro for helping me with this piece, he's an incredible artist and teacher that I highly recommend checking out, thank you! 🫶

Little 2d animation study from the Lincoln Center Theater Camelot Musical revival! I loved Arthurs expression in the background of this scene and wanted to have a go at capturing that emotion. @spoon_png did the absolute STUNNING background in this!! She saved it from being a completly blank canvas lol!!

Catching up with last weeks #streetviewworldtour this morning! Demo by @matlet and hosted by @ronkiponk and @herbcoil ~ these were done in India ink and watercolour which have been neglected materials for me for far too long and I'm inspired to be bringing them back again! Thank you! by @spoon_png

My final #pleinairpil !

I absolutely loved taking on this challenge and I've learnt so much about what I want to learn and how I'm able to learn it. I'll be constantly growing with my art for the rest of my life and now that I'm coming to the end of my animation degree, I'm so happy to be feeling like I have the tools to carry me forward ~ well done to everyone who completed the challenge as well! I cant wait for next year ✨️ by @spoon_png

When life started getting in the way I didn’t notice myself stopping life drawing and other things I used to do; now that I have a chance to get back to it I didn’t realise how much these hobbies made up who I am and how much I was missing myself! Hold the dots to flick between, or swipe to see the whiplash storyboard studies in full glory 🥁 I did these last year and never shared but I loved studying composition this way!!! (Also *blood warning* even though the drawings are messy) by @spoon_png

The sketch version of my last post! I’m a sucker for a messy line drawing and some concept art process, I wanna see more of it on my feed 🙏
