@the_recommendista went straight to the source: @jacksdiningroom, founder of @yescheffoodfest. She asked him what sets the festival apart and what it takes to feed thousands of hungry food festival goers in one epic day.

Our marketing intern Dakota has been eating at Servino since she was a kid…so we asked her to take us along. 🍝
